Open Positions
Equipment Operator
Operate and maintain excavation equipment including excavators, skid steers, and grading machinery on residential and commercial job sites across Fayetteville and the Greater Syracuse area. Experience with CAT equipment or grading technology is a strong plus.
Laborer / Field Technician
Support job site operations with manual work, site prep, material handling, and assisting equipment operators. This is a great entry point for someone looking to learn the excavation trade hands-on from an experienced crew.
